Order the Michigan Blooms Bouquet Box at least two weeks ahead of time. It comes with all the goodies you need to ship your flowers to us - even a prepaid shipping label. Pop the provided ice pack in the freezer for an hour before sending it off! Watch the video and read over our FAQ’s list below.

Gather your own supplies: 12-18 inch sturdy shipping box, paper towels, rubber bands, plastic bag, paper packing material, box tape, clippers, and an optional gel ice pack. Our studio address will be sent to you after you purchase your preservation. Watch the video and read over our FAQ’s list below.

If you are shipping your flowers using your own DIY box, we recommend purchasing a prepaid UPS shipping label from us. Once purchased, we will email you the label to print from home. This option saves you time and lots of money - shipping without our business discount can cost $200+!

Keep flowers fresh.

Trim stems, place them in fresh water, and store in a cool place until ready to pack. If you purchase the BOUQUET BOX, utilize the clippers and the flower food to keep your flowers hydrated.
Delegate shipping.

Have a trusted friend or family member take care of shipping your flowers, allowing you to enjoy your big day without worry. Please share our shipping information and videos with them!

It is very important to use Next-Day or Two-Day delivery with carriers like UPS or USPS. Whether using our Bouquet Box or your DIY box, ship your flowers on the Monday after your event, avoiding holiday and weekend delays where your flowers will sit in the box instead of water at home. Using our Bouquet Box or our pre-paid shipping label will save you money on shipping as we pass our business savings on to you.
